I read about phimosis but i think that is when the skin is too tight, but my problem is that there is a small strip attatching the foreskin to the hole at the top of my penis. Therefore i can barely pull down my foreskin and i cant see the head. What do i do?

If you can't pull your foreskin back enough to see the glands them how can you see any skin attaching it?

Every guy with a foreskin still has a frenulum what it a thin strip of skin on the underside of the glands that is just below the urethra and attaches to the foreskin..

If you try to pull your foreskin back when your not erect how far can you get it?

I can see the head because the strip attaches to the top of the head, next to where the pee comes out of

If you are looking down on your penis then the skin your talking about is on the underside of your penis head if so that's your frenulum and ever guy with a foreskin has one.

It sounds like your foreskin hasn't detached properly yet from the glands, when your born the foreskin is actually attached completely to the gland and as you grow it comes away and normally completely free by age 10 but occasionally some stay attached to a later age, if you gently retract your foreskin when taking a bath sometimes letting it soak a while will help it release as you put pressure on pulling it back.
