I was recently out of the country and noticed a red, itchy area develop where I would be in contact with a toilet seat, almost between my legs.  It was peeling slightly and I applied an anti-fungal powder which seemed to clear it up. Now (over 3 weeks), I have a hot, red painful area that seems to be spreading from the top of my leg to the center of my buttocks cheek, feeling like it is in the muscle.  It hurts to sit on it and there is no skin eruption of any type.  HELP!
