I am 16 and have never had sex. I have been tested for most stds and am clean as a whistle. 2 months back I was masturbating and was rough and ended up getting small cuts on the shaft and underneath the head (I am circumcised). The cuts have healed but there are embarrassing red puffy scars that are left. I havent masturbated for a week and have been applying lotion every 5 hours. It has worked a little bit, but barely.
