My mother has this weird rash on her right hand middle finger. The skin is peeling she says it itches and it is sore when it is touched it is also red. this has been going on for about four weeks she's not sure what it is she thinks it might be because of the dish soap that her work is using. it used to be swollen and it stings when she puts it in water we've been putting anti fungal,cortisone and neosporin on it and so far it hasn't done any good. Can someone please give us some advice] :-(
