Its definitely not std, std cant be transmitted through the mouth. dont play around with it. Try not to touch it. Best thing is to see a doctor. U dont have to let your parents know. Just show up at the doctors place and ask to make an appointment. Right after school or at lunch time or something. It is prolly gone by now but if not then as i said, doctor.
