last night i felt like i was getting a bruise on my upper left arm(not my dominant arm if it matters), it just hurt to touch, and i didn't think anything of it. then today all of a sudden there's a wide spread rash (more like just red skin) and it's hot when i touch it, my hand also feels tingly. does anyone know what this could be? i'm 18. thanks!
