okay i got hit in my face ,specifically on my nose and now it turned red on the top and a bump is on it. I think it is swollen, but what can i do to help the redness and the bump go away ??

Does it hurt at all or are you experiencing any pain, or do you just have a red bump? If you are experiencing any pain or anything like that then it is possible that you may have hurt your nose or broken it, but if it's just a red bump then it's like to be just swelling after you have been hit. The best way to treat a bump like that is to give it a cold compress once or twice per day. The cold helps the swelling go down and also treats the redness. If the bump persists, please get it checked out! Keep us posted.
