this is not something no one experienced before - others have felt like this, too and been through the same fears. This topic is just an example
But, as far as puss-filled lump is concerned, I think that's most likely a hair follicle that has gotten inflamed, you have them in your pubic area as well as anywhere on your skin and when your hormones are going wild, these follicles tend to get inflamed, similar to acne. And with pubic area this happens very easy because it's not exposed to air most of the time. But, it would be good idea to apply some antibiotic powder/cream or neosporin, just to make sure it doesn't get infected, if the puss has drained.

I agree with Nikols on the puss-filled lump. It is very likely to be a hair follicle.
As for your foreskin, the piece of skin you see should be your frenulum. If not, it may be a "skin bridge." Google both and check. If it is a skin bridge you may need to have it corrected surgically. It's an easy, in the office procedure. You don't want to try to fix it yourself as it can scar.
About pulling it back, you need to. If you don't it will impact your sex life. Your foreskin should be able to glide freely during intercourse.
