right testicle bigger than left ..i am right handed and it's from childhood....i noticed it at 11years of age...now i am 19 years....no pain ..i fear to go to doctors....should is there any need to consult a doctor?...also when i cough or lift a object there is no swelling at rightone so i dont think it could be hernia....suggest something
