What do you mean with ripped your foreskin? Can you see now your penis head? Is it still painful and did you bleed? If you bleed a lot you need to contact your doctor to avoid possible infection.
It's a such normal thing that guys in your age doing such mess, so no worries docs see things like that daily 8) If you feel pain, don't delay, just go and see your doc. Otherwise, you must care about it alone, and if you get infection it will make you more trouble than you can imagine!

ya me too im 14 an it happens to me to so it will get better and it will take 2/3 weeks cuz you have done both sides but dnt worry u be fine just use sim cream like Antiseptic sp it gets better faster :)
