Hi there, I am a guy who is 20 years old and I am exercising in order to be fit enough for a marathon. This is my first marathon, and that is why I am asking of you to help me. Do you have any advice for me? It is not important for me to win of course. My goal is to finish the race, if it is possible. That is why I need some serious tips. Well all I can say is that you should drink a lot of moisture. When you past by some refreshments don't miss them. That can mean a difference between finishing and not finishing a race. Apart from that you should keep your focus for the whole time. Except from being fit, you have to be strong mentally. What I mean is that you have to say to yourself that you can do it. I guarantee that you will feel that you can't finish but you have to believe in yourself. If you can do this, you are close to your goal. I wish you all the best.
