Hello. Ever since I was 12 or so I noticed I had small bumps on the base, shaft, and circumcision line of my penis. After I visited my dermotologist he informed me that I have Sabaceous prominces and that they are harmless and nontransmittable. My question is, is it possible to clog or otherwise aggrivate these bumps to the point that they become red, puffy, and pimple-like? Because it seems like sometimes (but not all the time) my lady friend gives me a ha****b or I masterbate excessively one or sometimes more of the bumps become like I've described earlier red, puffy, and pimple-like. I currently have one along my circumcision line where normally, the sabaceous gland that is there is calm and fine. Is there any way to prevent sabacous gland irritation? Thank you. I have the exact problem see my last post, i just went to the clinic and the dr said it was nothing but she did not take a sample. Is yours always in the same spot? Mine is always on the same one, or close to it.
