I can tell you that if there is blood and or pain it could be an infection, otherwise do not worry about it, a couple things could cause this. 1. dehydration 2. not cumming in awhile when you normal cum often and another possibility is low testosterone or poor diet so if any of those fit the criteria then that may be the answer.
