Hey, im tommy, i am 18 years old. ive noticed for the last few years that my seamen is Gel like and hard. and is not liquid at all. i dont know why.
Ive also noticed bumps, allmost like white head zits on my scrotum, where hairs are supose to come out. its very itchy and im not sexualy active.
but i think it puss. i would rather not see a Dr. i am still shy.

If you're concerned about your genitals, you must get over your shyness.
Your gel in the semen could be either because of a lack of hydration...drink more water....
or a lack of sex, and so the semen and other materials stored inside you are naturally thick.
Or it could be hereditary that you are just at that point in your life where semen could be thick.
I wouldn't worry about that.... unless you're telling us that it is discolored, foul smelling or is emitting puss. THAT's an infection...and requires immediate attention! See a doctor!
If the bumps on your scrotum are itchy, but not popped, they are likely just pimples...and can be treated with something like Gold Bond Powder after thorough washing and drying. The itching should go away.
If not, do bring this up to the doctor on your next visit.
