I am a 20 year old female. and i have sensitive nipples. This never happened before, but for the bast 2 months, my nipples have been very sensitive to the touch. im not pregnant, even though i am sexually active. I have been getting my period as usuall every month, and on time when its supposed to  be. so why are they sensitive if pregnancy just isnt an option. can someone please help?

you are either pregnant and should ask the doctor to run a blood test because when you have irregular bleeding (like a menstrel cycle) the hcg may Not show up in the urine. Also your hormones could be changing about every 5 yrs. a womans body matures a bit more. Your periods may even change or your breast are growing. BUT get the hcg ran by blood test to be sure if pregnancy isnt it then just relax rub your nipples You can use shea butter and dont worry about the sensitivity or any possible aching. I am going through the same thing you are going through, except I don't know when the tenderness started happening. I took pregnancy test & they came out negative, so what could possibly be going on? :"/
