I found it hard to conclude during that time. My mind was constantly thinking the worst and worrying. This was a vicious cycle triggering my anxiety which ultimately what caused my brain fog. My cortisol levels were high but every thing else tested reasonable.

My cortisol was sky high in the morning! Like double the highest range. Do you remember what your estradiol tested? Also did you have the depersonalization? Feeling disconnected with your own self and body? That part terrifies me.

I thinks it's helping! I've had two cycles now which is good since I wasn't having one at all from November to February.

I have to admit, i feel down. I feel numbnes in one hand and sometimes in one leg, stomach acid, right side discomfort and back pain. Every day is different. Those are the remaining symptoms, After almost 4 months off the pill. Sometimes i feel confident and sometimes, like today, i feel sad and frustrated. I need encouragement. Im scared and down. Hope this go away soon.

Mine was worse with my anxiety or low moods. It will take time. I was 9-10months and I still get symptoms but I don't worry as i know the trigger is stress, lack of sleep, anxiety and know it will pass. All in time keep your head up.

Have you had any depersonalization? It's my scariest mental symptom.

Also, I'm praying for you. Praying God'a comfort and peace. This will all pass. And then we need to have a major convo with the drug companies ;)

No i havent. I have felt down easily and anxious. But the Numbness and heartburn, which i never had before, and right side discomfort its annoying and scary. Went to tbe gynecologist and she wasnt no help. She said birth control only prevents Ovulation. I felt so alone in this. I thought she would give me answers. And thats how i started doing my own research and found many blogs, including this one, with many women experiencing side effects like me. I really do hope it goes away soon. Did you experienced Numbness, acid or right side discomfort?

Oh I have so many aches and pains, but yes to the right side discomfort. Have had it around my period for years. Went away on birth control actually. And yes, I had bad acid reflux which has now subsided (I'm almost six months off), but I also majorly changed my eating. You could try that. I cut out all processed foods, gluten and dairy.

I've had a lot of tingling, especially right side of my face, and muscle twitches. Some numbness early on when I was super anxious. I feel more down than anxious now, so that's subsided. How long have you been off the pill? What pill were you on?

Has anyone had tinnitus too?

I've had joint pain and leg muscle pain. It's common with low estrogen. Basically google menopause symptoms and that's what we're all experiencing. Low sex hormones.

Anyone feel like their distance is off? Weird eyesight?
