I have had a minor cracking in my neck for three months when I turn my head right. However, this minor cracking has progressed exponentially in the past two weeks. I concluded this was disc degeneration. I've has tingling in my left hand for  the past month also. As I was saying, for the past two weeks my neck hurts when I hold my head straight up (chin parallel to floor). You must know, I m only seventeen, but I had brain surgery when I was twelve causing my posture to be bad. Also, when I type I look straight at the keyboard, for I have bad finger sensitivity.  Thsi posture however, has significantly improved over the laasty two years. With this diagnosis, I have been scouring the internet on how to reverse disc degeneration--I don't believe surgery is the only option. Can anyone lend advice, recommendations, etc. Thanks in advance!
