my husband is a 36 yr old man,non-smoker,current BP 190/120,with pain meds,no BP med,slight temp. 240 lbs.
He is currently experiencing LLQ pain,no retractable pain
Bowel sounds are unremarkable.
Also pain in his groin,radiating to his back localized in the left side of his back.
He does have a Hx of kidney stones,but stated this does not feel the same.
He states the only relief in laying flat,and moving in any way makes the pain worsen.
Pain is 8-9.
What do you think?

Your husband's BP is dangerously high, which would predispose him to stroke, retinal and kidney damage. I don't understand why he is not already on BP medication. Groin pain radiating to the back may be due to kidney infection or even cancer. He needs to see a doctor right away and be properly treated.
