Severe pain and swelling in right testicle along with hip and back pain on right side

I need help in a severe way.​  My right testicle is atleast 5 times larger than the left. I am having severe pain in the right testicle, right growing, right hip and all the way around to the center of my back. No pain to pee. No relief unless I lay down. I just turned 40 and have had this happen twice before in the past 3weeks. Not this severe tho. I have had very similar issues on the left side for years now but never on the right side and never this bad. It honestly feels like my right testicle is going to explode any minute now. Please help. Thanks
