It is really up to you when you want to have sex but don't rush into things because you may regret it, if you really still want to have sex then if you have a boyfriend or parner then you should ask them but make sure that they are ready too (make sure they want the same thing). If they don't want to then accept their answer. Am not saying that you woud but don't have sex with just anyone because it will turn out really bad. And finally take things slow with sex and again don't rush things.
