I have a horrid sharp pain about 4 inches below my armpit, had it for 6 weeks now. it is very tender to touch and shoots pains into my left breast at times. I have just had a mamogram and ultrasound, and breasts were fine. What could this pain be (no lumps, just very sore and about half inch in diameter when poked)?
