Hi, I started to get these super painful sharp pain in lower abdomen and then yesterday I started having them every few seconds. At night I had a little bit of spotting. This morning I woke up and I was bleeding a lot and I continued to all day. It's not period like it's more bright red. I'm not sure if I was pregnant bcz I didn't take the test before but I have been having unprotected sex for almost one month. My friend thinks I'm Having a missarage based off her experience. I was wondering if someone can tell me how I can know if that's true or if someone has had one and what the symptoms are like
