From what you describe, no, you should not be worried.
First off, it is VERY unlikely that she'd get pregnant even if you had sex 3 days before her period.
Second, precum is considered not to contain sperm unless you have recently, as in since you last urinated, ejaculated.
Third, sperm dies if it dries.
