Went down to collect water from a bucket that we have outside on our porch which we collect rain water for our plants. Went down to pour the water from bucket into the milk gallon container. I finished the task and went inside when I got this shooting tiredness feeling up my fingers up both my arms running up my neck as well as shooting down my shoulders and mid back. Never felt it on from my waist down. It was such an overwhelming feeling that I had to sit down and breath deep as I was afraid of not being able to breath but it was not affecting my breathing at all. It must have lasted at least 1 min. I am 46 yrs old and hispanic, if that would make a difference in the prognosis. I just waited it out until it went away. I have never experienced anything like this b4.
