Yes!because it is a drug ment to be absorbed through the stomach additives are put in that wouldn't be in a medication intended for the blood stream.those additives can stay in your body and cause damage causing kidney problems and even congestive heart failure.

Guys, hitting orals is just dumb. I know from long experience. 35 + years. No veins left at all. Causes huge problems for medical tests & treatment. If you don't start, you don't need to stop. If you do start hitting orals, you'll find it extremely hard to stop. It can cause so many other problems also. Stay smart, stay safe. Swallow Orals.

Further to last post. If you don't want to swallow Orals, try using them in your anus. You don't need to be so concerned about the fillers & other c**p in them. You get the same high & it is really safe verses using Orals IV. As always, use less to start with to avoid OD's. Too many die too often by not using caution. Stay safe, stay alive.

I have been shooting extended release and instant release opanas for about a year now and really nothing compares to the rush these give. I have been in pain management for about 10 years now so I do have a pretty high tolerance. I don't even feel dope anymore even if it is tar because opanas make your tolerance very high. This process is for experienced IV users only. Opanas are very strong. To shoot extended release opanas you need to get a little cup. One like you would put mustard in at McDonald's. Put the pill in there and add 91% rubbing alcohol. Make sure it is 91% or this will not work as anything less has too much water and will cause the pill to gel and will be completely ruined. Cut the end of a cigarette filter about a quarter inch think and stick it in the cup. Cotton will not work very well for this but can be used if need be. Just make sure to use a good size cottton. Take a rig and cut the needle part off so liquid can easily be sucked up. A dropper that would be used to take liquid medication will work too. Take the rig and stir around to pill to where you see the Aneta powder floating around. You will see the plastic part of the pill fall away and remain in the alcohol. That is normal so leave in the cup. Do not try too remove it as you will get some on the pill out and won't get as full sh*t. Let the powder settle mostly to the bottom of the cup.Take the rig you cut the needle off of place it on the cigarette filter and suck up a whole rig full of the alcohol. 100cc works best. Make sure there is nothing floating around in the rig. Put in a spoon and light the alcohol on fire and let burn out all the way. Repeat one or two more times depending on how strong you want your shot to be. After all the liquid is burned away you will see some burnt looking rings on the spoon. This is what you want. The darker and more rings there are the better. Add about 30 to 40 units of water and make sure everything that was left over is dissolved. I take the plunger of the needle and mix up the stuff left in the spoon until dissolved. What you see is the active ingredient of the pill. Most times you will not even need a cotton to suck up the liquid unless you got some of the filler in the rig and burned it. If so it will gel up a little bit. If that happens just add add a tiny bit more water and use a cotton. Then shoot. That is how to bang extended release Opanas or Oxymorphone. You can most times get 3 shots off one pill with each shot getting a little weaker than the previous shot. The instant release opanas just add water burn a little suck up with cotton and bang. IRs are the same as any other water soluble pill. Hope this helps.

There is an alchohol extraction for opanas you just put the pill in something that wont melt or break fill it with a syringe or two of alcohol till the pill breaks down stir it and once it is cloudy put in cotton draw it up then put the drawn up alcohol in something shallow that wont break (bottom of a can works best for me) then burn that alcohol the white yellowish stuff at the bottom after burned off is oxymorphone add water stir and bang

You gotta bake them, until like a tanish-Brown color. Then moosh it in the spoon. Boil it. Stir and draw quickly. I always had like 4 good rinses with rushes afterwards

A drug addict will always find a way around, a way to shoot everything (if that's their preferred ROA). I believe this is for harm reduction, not a tutorial. If we can come together and offer advice and personal experience to other addicts, a life could be saved. Perhaps keep another addict out of your ER....ijs...it's better to have guidance than to do something wrong and kill yourself or be blindly going into this thinking you know what you're doing. Harm reduction is great.... we're going to do it anyway, so it's better to find the safest way possible, imo.

I've shot up95mg at a time but not much anymore my friend shoots130 at a time and has for years....I'm worried about him I can stop he can't. He's been doing this for6 years with0 issues for now!

You have to heat and cool the opanas to shoot them heating and cooling getsbrid of the.gel coating and from there you will be super screwed up
