NONONONO!! you cannot take subutex in any way or form after taking an opiate, whether it be heroin, methadone oxys etc. You HAVE to wait a minimum of 12 -14 hours (for short acting opiates like heroin and 90 hours for long acting opiates like methadone)and be withdrawing otherwise you will experience precipitated withdrawals- if you take subutex too soon you will experience intense withdrawal symptoms immediately which can last up to 3 days and nothing will help to ease the withdrawals. You can take another opiate AFTER taking subutex but it's a waste because you won't feel anything at all.

don't do it, i remember doing it about 20yrs ago, i followed instructions clearly and waited the stated number of hrs since my last hit of heroin but what i didn't tell them was i was injecting my first dose, i really wish i didn't because i almost choked to death from being violenty sick, it brought on instant withdrawal, it's a synthetic opiate and most people know you can't take most synthetic opiates with the natural ones as they are usually opiate agonists like naloxone. They will only bring on your turkey if you already have a heroin habit so avoid them unless you take them all the time.
