I use basically a whole syringe full of h2o.. heat to just under a boil.. QUICKLY put crushed methadone into water QUICKLY put huge cotton in and suck up.. should b clear.

im in aus and been a methadone 90-60 back to 90 - i NEED to IV it and could use ANY info as i know nothing except my doser gives me 90 dose (liquid) not sugarless original old fashioned - in a tiny bottle - other users have gone crazy when they see it from jealousy but help or ill do something stupid like when i followed an internet recipe to get codiene out of p/forte - shut down my left kidney! good now but how help please

Reading your post took me back 2-3yrs ago when i experienced the exact same Fire Burning sensation from the inside out... The only difference between me and your friend was I shot Herion, however i went stright to a pharmacy and spoke to the chemist working (at pharmacy within 4-6mins of having my shot). I told and showed the chemist what i did showed the exact spot i injected myself... as she was looking and examining my arm/hand we both watched as it swelled to double the size and watched an outbreak of hives just apear in all random spots up and down my arm.
She beleived that i missed my Vein and got an Artery also at the injection location she said a big artery runs adjacent to the vein but is a little deeper. When i explained the fire burning sensation inside out she said a comon feeling for anyone who hits an artery and for the swelling and hives that was an allergic reaction most likley to the cut/filler in the herion.
I have not met many people who have hit an artery and how i know they are not lieing is from the description of the burning feeling inside out, everyones story has been nearly word for word The same regarding the burning.
Doesent matter what drug you shoot, you hit your artery you will be looking at your hand and trying to comprehended why there are no flames burning your hand as you feel and extream heat overcome your arm from the inside out. I hope no one has to experience it,but if it does happen to you dont panic, breath deep, take off any rings, and strap in for 30-45sec of an unexplainable feeling that you will never forget.

Does anyone know how to get all the water out of my methadone? My clinic adds water, so it's impossible to shoot without a house syringe. Anyone knows how to fix this?
