hi, i was suffering from mumps last month and when they het cured i get affected with mumps due to which my testis get swollen but soon after they get normal in size but now i had noticed that the testis get smaller in size and there is an decrease in sperm count even it is not Normal in appearance , seems yellowish.  Is it normal or does it causes infertility?
