I have had a panic attack then the days after and still now four day on I have constant shortness of breath no wheeze no cough. Feel dizzy and tired sometimes also I'm sick in mornings sometimes. What is this help please. Also I am seeing a therapist to help and am seeing my gp later. How can I breath properly is this anxiety. P.s I have my gcse exams right now and am very stressed. Had to leave exam room today and finish is a small quiet room.
