Hi. If I use a tampon will it hurt??? I've been told it isn't supposed to hurt by my mom, but she's been using them since she was little because she always did sports. I've always been using pads. Part of my fear of tampons is because you can break your hymen, and I hear that's painful too 。・°°・(＞_＜)・°°・。 What would I do?! (´Д` )

hi, you cannot realistically break your hymen from using tampons, you do not need to insert them so deep. Try a small size and low absorbancy - Carefree silkease slim minis are what i would recommend. I have been using tampons since my second period...you will be fine!

Look at it this way: It won't hurt any more than you allow it to. You are the one in control of inserting it, if it begins to hurt ---- stop if you can't take it.
Having said that, my wife certainly found them to be much more practical than pads so a little pain when you are first getting used to them may be worth it. But that's completely up to you. At least I hope your mother or someone else isn't going to be inserting it for you.

It doesn't hurt at all I have had my peariod since I was 9 an now im 15 I tried it an it took me 3 tries till I first got it but it isn't as bad as you think pads are a little messy for me so I changed up an its way better it depends on your flow on which one you should get an how it will feel cunfii for you jus make sure not to leave it in so Long 6-8 hrs MAX* hope this helped
