Im on birth control but I took my pill 3.5 hours late and the next day I had sex with my boyfriend. He pulled out but I know precum has sperm in it. Am I fine or should I be worried? We had intercourse on what should be day 21 of my cycle, so 7 days before my period. I'm probably freaking out about nothing and maybe I just need a second opinion.

3.5 hours late on time shouldn't be much of a problem. Precum may contain sperm, if he hasn't yet ejaculated it is "presumed" not to.
Day 21 is getting late, usually you'd ovulate days 11-16. The egg is only viable for about 48 hours, so you're past that as well.
I think you're fine. There is always a chance, but I don't see it happening.
