It's not impossible for you to be pregnant, but it is highly unlikely.
Sperm would need to get INTO your vagina, not just near it. Precum, if he hasn't recently ejaculated, is considered not to contain sperm.
Assuming your period runs about 5-6 days, it would likely be just a bit early as well.
Normally, you'd ovulate around days 11-16 of your cycle. Sperm can survive up to about 5 days.
