Timing wise it isn't likely even if sperm got into her clit. Most women ovulate between days 11-16 of their cycle, day 1 is when their period starts. You had sex somewhere around day 21 or so. The egg is only viable for up to about 48 hours - max so you'd still be about 3 days too late.
You also said she had her period a week later. Was it "normal" for her then? If so, she's very likely NOT pregnant. She will NOT have a period if she's pregnant but CAN have some bleeding.
She can take a home test now if she wants. Follow all directions carefully and she MUST use her very first morning urine for the best accuracy.
