For the past three days, I have had a feeling of nausea, loss of appetite, tiredness, and several cases of headaches. This has just started. Not to inform too much but I also have diarrhea. Can anyone help with diagnosis on what's wrong?

You didn't state your sex so I will try to answer on two subjects.
If you are a woman, that symptoms can mean that you are pregnant. To be sure, do a test.
In other case, if you are a man, it could be something connected with stomach inflammation. Maybe it's gastroenteritis.
Although, I cannot exclude mononucleosis because a friend of mine had similar symptoms while he has been suffering from mono.
Any other symptoms? Pain in specific body parts, fatigue, depression, etc?
I strongly suggest that you visit a doctor who can give you better insight.
