Hello. I'm a 25 year old lady I feel full before eating it's all the time but I do have hunger but can't eat anything I have constant burning and I feel sick as well. I feel very dizzy when moving around. I feel tired all the time. I have lost two and a half stone in three months due to not eating. I can't even manage a cup of fluid. I have had these symptoms for over a year but it is getting worse I can hardly eat or drink now. My doctor isn't really concerned and asks me what do I want them to do. I have had my gall bladder removed in 2002. I have had an endoscopy which showed no abnormalities they took a biopsy and tested for h pylori that was normal. I had blood test for h pylori and ovarian cancer they came back normal. My doctor won't send me on any other test so I don't know what to do. It is affecting my life I have three young children and sometimes I can't even get them to school I feel like giving up. Please help anyone.

There is nothing wrong with seeking a second opinion. I had lots of trouble and also had my gall bladder out in 2005.  It took switching doctors three times to find something that worked. my problems were not the same as yours but maybe go see a gastrointerologist. I am not sure how much weight a stone is but if you are loosing a signifacant amount your doc should be concerned.Good luck. I hope they figure it out.

Hello thank you for replying. In all I've lost 16kg in weight. I have been to two doctors and the last one said to me 'what do I want them to do for me' I said send me for tests and she said to me there isn't anything else they can do but I've read about lots of tests that I can have. I may go and ask for another doctor and see what they say. Thanks again for replying.

I have an issue similar to yours . I am 20 years old and Ive been having issues with bloody stools, over 20 bowel movements a day, hungry with no appetite once I try to eat, always dizzy, can barely function, fatigue and more. I've seen so many doctors, some say it could be ulcers in my colon some think its nothing and blow me off. I've even moved to Dallas from Calif. In search of help . This has been going on since 2010 and with two small kids both under the age of three I tend to break down crying because I get really tired from playing, I'm always sleepy and they barely get to enjoy their mother because of my health. Like you I'm at a breaking point! Crying out for help!

if you have ulcers in ur colon they can do a colonoscopy. I had one of those. they have a bad prep for it but it is worth it if you find the problem. I had inflammation in my intestines. Have you been checked for crohns, or ulcertive colitis. Both have simalar issues with it sounds like it is worth checking for both of you. also an upper GI endoscopy. It will check for gastric ulcers and hernias and other things that might cause some of your issues. I had my colonscopy and upper GI done at the same time. If they have not done these test I would request them

Good luck to anyone who has these isssues. I know they can be aweful. I feel for you. Let me know if you get anywhere with it

i know how you feel i am crying out for help and the doctors just brush us off. a person knows when something is wrong with them and doctors should take us seriously. I have had an endoscopy but it came back normal, celiac came back normal and h pylori came back normal. there are so many more tests that can be done but a doctor needs to send us for them. im sorry that you are having a bad time and i hope that they find out the cause, please post if you have any luck. i will post on here if they find my problem. i too am finding it hard to look after my children and i cry most days as i feel so bad, my children are 2, 3 and 6 they cant see their mum happy anymore as im always feeling bad. i just sometimes feel like giving up but i know thats a silly idea but thats how i feel some days. like no doctor is listening to me. good luck.

thank you mammacarter for replying too, i have had an endoscopy it was clear, my doctor just asks me why am i concerned but i couldnt believe she said that, i feel like this everyday and i cant eat or drink much and they ask me why am i concerned. losing 16kg in less than three months should have a doctor concerned. i will go back to the doctors on monday and tell them to send me for some tests.

Hi I went back to doctors today they said I have anorexia but I want to eat and I wake up in the middle of the night feeling sick. I have pressure un my stomach as if I'm full all the time not when I eat. I suggested testing my liver and he laughed and said its in my head. This is the fourth doctor I've seen and they just keep brushing me off. They ask why am I concerned but I feel ill every day and it's affecting my life. And my husband and children's life's. I don't know what else to do I'm at breaking point. What do I do? I am crying out for help and my doctors don't listen they think because I'm 25 there is nothing wrong but that's not true I wouldn't go back to the doctors if I was ok I have children to look after.

They did the same thing to me. Said I was anorexic and that it was in my head. They will prolly wait till you need to be hospitalized to do something about it. That is what they did to me. I am so sorry you are having this problem. in the mean time try to get some nutrition shakes so you don't get malnurished. I hope they start listening to you. keep me posted.
