I have a friend who is a flight attended and she swears by daily aspirin to keep you healthy. She says that this is especially great for people like her who are always up in high altitudes. I don't know about that... Aren't there any adverse side effects from daily aspirin use?

You know what, what your friend says makes sense. People who need blood thinners are often prescribed aspirin. This is very common after a heart attack and such. Isn't clotting more common with people who fly a lot? She might just have a point there. I don't think a low dosage of aspirin has any side effects at all, come to think of it. I don't think it harms the liver like other pain killers, for instance.
