Since October I have been losing weight steadily. I have lost a lot of weight now. In 5 months I turn 70. No, I do not have AIDS or any related disease like HIV. I am a heart patient. Had two major heart attacks and was re-animated back to life both times. That happened 10 and 12 years ago respectively.  Besides my heart medication I have been taking Tamsusolin 0,20 for about the same period of time because of my prostrate problems.

Recently, since 4 works or so, I have burning sensations at the tip of my penis and at my rectum. Sometimes, even soon after I have been to the toilet. No signs of blood in my urine or stools. I do not suffer from Hemorrhoids. The burning sensation mostly starts towards late evening or just before going to bed. The burning sensation lasts from between 45 min. to a couple of hours sometimes or even longer.

Another thing that started about the same time is, my upper back itches a lot. Strange, wonder if there's a connection. I have not slept a wink this night.

Due to these ailments I have severe depressions, have breakdowns and start crying and wonder if my time has come.

I am known to be a small eater. Always was. I used to weigh around 70 to 71 kilos, now I weigh around 60. I am 185 cm. tall.

I hate going to my doctor. And I hate hospitals with the result that I have not had a check up for several years. I am so afraid they'll send me to one.

I asked my son yesterday to make an appointment with his doctor for this week. Now I want to definitely see a doctor but not my regular doctor.
