I am really depressed about my weight. I am 12 years old and weigh 71 kg  and cant stop snacking. I enjoy going to the gym but its hard work. i'm addicted to gaining weight but im bullied at school and diets i cant stick to, WHAT CAN I DO? :(

please give me some good advice, i am in such a messed up situation. :'(

Do some fun Zumba! Zumba is really fun because you are dancing and working out at the same time. Please don't give me the "I can't dance mess" if you REALLY want to loose the weight you are carrying around you WILL do whatever it takes to make what you don't want go away.

I would switch to healthier snacks, not so much chips or sweets or whatever, take up biking or jogging, swimming maybe, those are pretty good for losing weight.
