If your testicles have always been small, and are not a result of a testicle atrophy, then the size of the testicles has nothing to do with fertility.
As you already noticed, your small testicles didn’t impair your ability to have an erection, an orgasm or to ejaculate and they won’t have any negative influence on the fertility.
Two months of trying is actually nothing comparing to a year it usually takes for healthy individuals to get pregnant. Have you been predicting ovulation and then trying for the baby or have you been having sex randomly hoping that your partner would get pregnant?
It is very important to follow some rules about ovulation, so that you could know when the best time for having sex is.
If you don’t get any positive results in over 6 months time, then you should have your sperm count checked. Your doctor may order some tests like semen analyses for you and other tests for your wife like blood tests to check for her hormonal levels.
According to the tests result, you may get an appropriate treatment if necessary.
