My Sleep Apnea started about 5 years ago just after I gain about 28 pounds. Would that be a main reason for my disorder? I am female had plastic surgery of the nose and after surgery doctor told me that I wouldn’t have any more problem with breezing thru my noise. Would my sleep apnea goes away after if lose some pounds?

Well, you have to know that Weight gain is a big reason for sleep apnea to get worse. Would the apnea go away if you lost weight I can tell you but I can tell you that it would probably get better. Are you on CPAP, because that may be the machine you are referring to, if you're not already on it? It’s really like a pressure machine, so if you haven't been tested in a sleep lab for sleep apnea and placed on CPAP if you need it, you should go that route. Meantime weight loss is a great idea.
