I'm 14, and a week ago I discovered a lump on my right testicle, quite small, but when I touch it, it moves. It can from the looks of it move quite far away without my testicle moving, but whenever I come back to it it's always in it's original place. And by small I mean slightly smaller than a pea or something.
I'm obviously going to book a doctors appointment, but I would like to be able to have some understanding on the possibilities of what it could be.
Thank you in advance.

The lump is on the top of the testicle, where it meets your body so the skin has be loose, so it's quite hard to find unless I've had a warm bath or something. I don't feel any pain when touching that area, or any weird feelings when moving the "lump". I've also looked on both testicles thoroughly and haven't find any more lumps.

it could be a normal appendage called the epididimal appendix.... they are normal but hard to find. it could be that you have one on the other side too but its too hard to find.
