Im 19 and I have had a small pea sized lump on my the top of my testicle for about as long as i can remember recently i heard it could be cancer and now I am worried and dont know what to do. I have been to scared to talk to or ask anyone about it. Its been there for sometime and one is definitly a bit bigger then the other and I am really not sure on what I should do.

It is good that you've noticed this and that it hasn't changed size.
I can't tell you what it is, you need to see a doctor to get it checked. It is very possible that it is a normal part of your anatomy. A doctor can palpate, feel, the lump and tell you what it is. If necessary they may order some tests.
It is also common for your testicles to be of slightly different sizes.
Please don't assume it is cancer. Play it safe and make an appointment to have it checked. I'd suggest that you visit a urologist. This is their specialty and he would have a better understanding than a GP, general practitioner. Your piece of mind is worth it.
