I just turned 16 years old, and 6'2".
At the beginning of this summer, I was on the border of high 230's to low 240's. I realized if I wanted to be healthier and feel better about myself, I'd need to shed a lot of pounds, so the process began.
The first step, I completely stopped eating junk foods, especially carbonated beverages (only in rare occations do I open a coke).
Next, I started walking or sometimes running in the morning. And somewhat recently, I started swimming in the afternoon as well. If I had enough patience and energy left for the day, I would go walk out a bit.
For the last two days, I've been more fatigued, and my head has been getting a little woozy. Is this because of the weight I'm losing?
Also, the last two days I haven't been working out nearly as much, probably because of laziness in a sense, but I'm still only eating when I "need" to.
I'm currently (without any clothes or anything) 225 lbs. To me, this is somewhat of a big deal since this is the first time dieting (or at least eating when I need to, and only healthy stuff) is working for me.

I recently went through something like this, but I wasnt eating enough. (neither was i exercising, but I was losing weight.) I think that your body is trying to tell you something. I dont think you are getting enough calories. Especially since you are exercising profusely (or so it sounds). Try staying on a 1500-1600 calorie health food diet.
O and remember to consume at least one serving of meat.
If you dont want to try coffee or pills, try putting a tablespoon of salt in a large cup of warm water *I know, I know, sounds stupid* but trust me it works.
CONGRATS ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS!!!
:-P
