Good Evening,
I am 21 years of age and weigh 240 lbs. My weight consist all over not just in one particular area. I hear its easy to lose weight this way. I have three months before a big date to lose weight. I have tired everything and seen minimal results. I workout three days a week at the gym, but haven't seen progress yet. I need help! What am I missing?

I know what your going through. I am 29 and weigh 230 pounds. I also go to a gym almost daily but haven't seen any results. In fact I seem to have gained more and bloated more in my midsection. I am at a loss at what else I can do to lose the weight. If you get any good suggestions please pass them on.
