Hello! I am 24 years old female and I am overweight. Even though being overweight is making me crazy, and feel less worth, I still can’t find an inspiration for losing weight. Like these aren’t good enough reasons for going on a diet and sticking to it. I don’t know how I should put my mind to sticking to a healthy nutritious plan. Any ideas???

Hi there! I don’t know if this is going to be much help but I found my inspiration when I fell in love. My boyfriend and I got together when I was quite overweight. Our personalities matched but he was so good looking. Even though he didn’t say anything about my weight, I wanted to look great for him. So, I started lost 20 pounds in 5 months and am now struggling with keeping it. Now, the weight fluctuates, but I exercise, don’t eat snacks, don’t use soft drinks and very rarely I drink alcohol and try to stay away from the sweats. I wish you good luck! You have to find the strength inside yourself and be persistent!!!
