i am 25 year old and i had sex with my gielfriend in last november and on that time i have dameged my upper skin of the penis shaft and she had the monthly circulation i cure for that and after some time i see some spote inside the skin looklike fungus of redish coloured and on that time i had no itching till june but now i had some small pimple type on my penis shaft and the are very itchy and also there is very itchiness on my penis head.
please tell me what i have to do ?
