Itchy penis shaft

hi, 

Since last four weeks  i'm feeling very itchy on my penis shaft. It all started with very light itchy feeling, and spreading all over now, even on to my testicals. This itching is too high during night and far low during day time.

I took some photos to show them up but can found a way to attach them.

Please provide a solution to get rid those itchy bumps from Penis.
