I first experienced this bruised feeling all over my body after giving blood in high school. It feels like my whole body is bruised and even hurts to touch. I bruise easily. I think I might actually bleed more than a normal person would. While giving blood they referred to me as a "gusher." One time the phlebotomist told me my iron was too low to give blood at that time. Now I get the same soreness after working 8 hours on my feet and after a night of drinking. It seems to not be so bad if I take an iron supplement. However, I think it could be more than just an iron deficiency. Maybe a cardiovascular problem. I'm starting to get vericose veins on my legs and back and I just turned 24. Are these problems related? What could be wrong?
