Once I did this testicle self test in a hot tub and I found a couple of lumps on my right testicle. It freaked me so much that I couldn’t sleep all night. I went to an urologist the next day and he found out that all of my lumps were normal epidydimis lumps but one which was a mass called Spermatoclele. He prescribed no treatment only made another appointment in a couple of months. When I asked about the treatment he said it was not necessary. Is there a treatment for this condition? What can go wrong if not treated? Thx

I also had problems with spermatocele. However, mine was causing me such discomfort and even my girl could feel it. I decided to undergo a surgery although it is not necessary if the spermatoceles are not causing discomfort or enlarging. In that case, they should be left alone. The doc probably made another appointment for the observation.
