Here's something embarrassing. I'm a guy in my 30s. When I pee, often (but not always) my urine comes out in 2 split streams. If I squeeze the head of my penis the streams sometimes merge; sometimes not. Naturally I clean my penis daily when I shower; and also pretty much right after sex too. I've had this issue since I was a teenager. Why is this? It's just embarrassing and annoying but should I see a doctor? Will I need an operation?

If you have had this issue since you were a teenager, it is probably something anatomical that you were born with. You can mention this to your doctor at your next physical exam. I don't think this is anything serious enough to require surgery. You may have to use the toilet seat for now to avoid soiling your pants.
